Correcting Face Serum

Packaging: Clear Glass dropper bottle, wrapped in tissue paper and packaged into a 2-piece cardboard protective tube - Product weight - 40g - Total package weight - 114g

Ingredients: Pro vitamin B3, Panthenol, Provitamin B5, Vitamin C, Vitamin E oil, Organic Rose & Hibiscus Hydrosol, Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Organic Cucumber Glycerite, Pure Squalane, Organic Rosemary Extract & Antioxidant, Xanthan Gum, Preservative Eco. 

Important point: Vitamin C has skin brightening properties, hence avoid sunlight while wearing this serum, or apply sunscreen over the top of the serum. 

Patch Test: Please try a small amount of serum to a small area of skin prior to full application to check for skin sensitivity. Discontinue use if applicable to user. 

Directions for use: Apply serum using the dropper to cleansed face and gently massage in until absorbed. Follow up with your favourite moisturiser and or sunscreen. 

Store at or below 30oC   Keep out of reach of children and pets

• We keep a sample of every batch for quality tracking.
• Products should be stored at or below 30°C to maintain their quality.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality issue.
• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving or opening your product. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

Condition of Returned Items:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact, unless the product is faulty.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Products that have been stored above 30°C or not according to our care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.
