Ingredients: Organic Lemon Myrtle Hydrosol, Vegetable Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Colloidal Oatmeal, Olivem 1000 emulsifying wax, Stearic Acid, Isopropyl Myristate, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Shea Butter, Dimethicone, Pure Olive Squalane, Isopropyl Laurate, Allantoin, Preservative Eco, Rosemary CO2 Antioxidant extract, Frankincense essential oil, Kunzea Essential oil, Persian Lime essential oil, German Chamomile Essential oil, Sea Buckthorn Concentrate.

Patch test. Please complete a patch test of this hand cream to a small area of skin prior to a full application to check for skin sensitivity. Rinse off and discontinue use if this is applicable to you. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns.

Directions: Apply a small amount of hand cream to your hands and thoroughly massage in until completely absorbed. 

Store at or below 30oC    Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• If you have an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of opening it.
• We keep a sample of every batch for quality tracking.
• Products should be stored at or below 25°C to maintain their quality.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality issue.
• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving or opening your product. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

Condition of Returned Items:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact, unless the product is faulty.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Products that have been stored above 25°C or not according to our care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.
