Ingredients: Organic Rose Hydrosol, Glycerin, Guar Gum, Organic Aloe Vera Gel, Hyaluronic Acid+B3+B5, Bio-fermented Marine Collagen extract, Colloidal Silver, Olivem Emulsifying wax, Cetearyl Alcohol wax, Organic unrefined Shea Butter, Eco Silc C, Organic Avocado Oil, Kakadu Plum seed oil, Abyssinian Oil, Blackcurrant seed oil, Strawberry Seed oil, Pomegranate seed oil, MCT oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides), Natural Bees Wax, Vitamin E oil, Preservative Eco, 100%  Pure Essential oil blend: - 1. Melissa Essential oil, Kunzea essential oil, Fresh essential oil, Lavendar essential oil, Juniper essential oil, Lemon essential oil, Tangerine essential oil, Citric acid pH adjuster. 

Patch test: It is important to test a little of this cream on a small area of skin prior to full application to check for skin sensitivity. Remove immediately and discontinue use if this applies to you.

Directions: Apply a small amount of cream to face and neck area any time of the day. It will readily absorb into your skin with no greasy feeling. 

Store at or below 30oC    Keep out of reach of children & pets.

• We keep a sample of every batch for quality tracking.
• Products should be stored at or below 30°C to maintain their quality.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality issue.
• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving or opening your product. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

Condition of Returned Items:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact, unless the product is faulty.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Products that have been stored above 30°C or not according to our care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.
