Triple Action Facial Exfoliant / Cleanser

Ingredients: Organic Lemon Myrtle hydrosol, Vegetable glycerin, Olivem 1000 wax, Organic unrefined Shea Butter, Organic Rice Bran oil, Organic Hemp seed oil, Alpha Hydroxy Acid Fruit extract, Coco Glucoside, Cocomidopropyl betaine, Colloidal Oatmeal, French Kaolin Clay, Zeolite mineral powder, Pea protein powder, Jojoba exfoliating beads, Coconut flesh exfoliant, Ground organic oats, Vitamin E oil, Preservative eco, 100% pure essential oil - "Litsea". 

Patch test: Please ensure you patch test this product on a small area of skin prior to full application to check for skin sensitivity. Discontinue use if appliable. 

Directions for use: Take a small teaspoon of exfoliant and place it in your hands. Gently apply to entire face and neck area - leave for 10-15mins for an amazing AHA mask.  Then, gently massage into your skin for gentle exfoliation. Lastly introduce a small amount of water to create a smooth, milky foam. Rinse off with cool water and pat dry. Complete the routine with one of our beautiful face serums and a moisturiser. 

Store at or below 30oC     Keep out of reach of children and pets.

• If you have an issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of opening it.
• We keep a sample of every batch for quality tracking.
• Products should be stored at or below 30°C to maintain their quality.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality issue.
• Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving or opening your product. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return:

Condition of Returned Items:

• Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact, unless the product is faulty.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exceptions:

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Products that have been stored above 30°C or not according to our care instructions are not eligible for return or refund.
• Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.
